Old mobile homes have a way of just sitting there. They deteriorate, collect mold, and take up space that could be used for something much better. That's exactly the situation this customer in Walkertown was dealing with - a worn-out single-wide that had long since served its purpose and needed to go.
Here's what we were working with: a deteriorating mobile home with significant weathering and green algae buildup along the siding, still resting on its original frame and blocks. Not the kind of thing you can just load up and haul off in a pickup truck. It takes the right equipment and a clear plan to knock it down efficiently and get the debris off the property without making a mess of everything around it.
We brought in our Bobcat E35 compact excavator and got to work breaking it down piece by piece. Once it was down, we ran load after load hauling debris off-site - about 5 full loads worth of material. That's a significant amount of waste, and getting it all cleared without leaving behind a scattered mess is where the work really shows.
What the customer ended up with was a clean, graded pad - open ground, level, and ready for whatever comes next. Whether that's a new manufactured home, a site-built structure, or just a clear property, they now have a blank slate to work with. That's the goal on every demo job we take on.
If you've got an old mobile home, trailer, or large debris situation on your property, this is exactly the kind of work we handle. Our demolition and excavation services cover the full scope - teardown, haul-off, and grading - so you're not left coordinating three different crews to get one job done.
